Customer Information & Ticket System (CITS)

For IT managers, control over all data and processes in their data center is crucial.

With our new customer portal, you always have all relevant information at your fingertips – including a ticketing system for your daily tasks and appointments. As a central platform, the customer portal enables you to efficiently manage visitor requests, support tickets, and administrative processes.

The new customer portal will replace EMC HoD’s existing ticketing system and will gradually introduce additional features such as a cross connect overview and power consumption data.
